How does subscription balance work?
Each plan includes monthly dollar balance granted at the start of your billing cycle. For example, Starter gets $50.00 per month. Unused included balance doesn't carry over to the next billing cycle.
What are top-ups?
Top-ups are purchased separately and expire 12 months after purchase. They're used after your subscription balance runs out.
What's the consumption order?
Included balance is always consumed first. Once it's exhausted, prepaid top-ups are used oldest first. Model-specific discounts are applied before balance is deducted.
Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a new billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep your current benefits until then.
What happens when I run out of balance?
API calls will fail with a 402 status code when both included and prepaid balances reach zero. You can purchase more top-ups anytime from your dashboard.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer a free trial, but the Starter plan at $20/month includes $50.00 per month. Save 20% with yearly billing.
